Who we are
This website, lvlup.om, is run by LVLUP Technologies LLC (التطور للتكنولوجيا ش.م.م), a company registered in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, under Commercial Registration No. 1652392. We decide how the personal data described here is used, so we are responsible for it.

What we collect and why
Through the contact form, we collect what you give us:
- the topic you choose
- your name
- your company, if you add it
- your email address
- your phone number, if you add it
- your message
- a record that you ticked the consent box, and when
To stop the form being misused, we also keep a coded form of your IP address and of your email address (a keyed hash, not the addresses themselves) for 2 days. We use it only to limit how many messages can be sent.
We use these details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. When you send the form, we also email you a confirmation with your reference number.
When you tick the consent box and send the form, you agree to us using your details in this way. We keep a record of that consent with your message, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We don’t add anyone to marketing lists.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running. Google, which hosts the site, keeps visitors’ IP addresses for a few months, and the request logs of the contact form and of the automatic reports described below for 30 days.
If your browser blocks something on a page for security reasons, it may send us an automatic report with the page address, what was blocked and the browser type. We don’t store your IP address in the report, and we delete these reports after 30 days.
If you switch between the light and dark themes, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It is stored in your browser, not in a cookie, and is never sent to us.
Who processes it for us
Three service providers process your details on our behalf:
- Google (Firebase and Google Cloud) hosts this website and receives the contact form.
- Resend sends the emails that bring your message to us and your confirmation to you.
- Zoho hosts our support@lvlup.om mailbox, where your message and our replies are kept.
Your details are processed outside Oman, mainly in the United States: our database and contact form run on Google Cloud in the United States, our mailbox is at Zoho in the United States, and Resend keeps its email records in the United States and sends our emails from Japan. Google’s network may also handle your visit in other countries. This happens under the transfer rules in the law’s Executive Regulations (Ministerial Decision 34/2024).
How long we keep it
We keep your message, your contact details and the record of your consent for 12 months from the day we receive them, and then delete them. The same applies to our emails with you in the support@lvlup.om mailbox.
Resend, which sends our emails, keeps its delivery logs, which can include the content of the email, for 30 days.
Your rights
Under Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn’t affect what we did before you withdrew it)
- have your data corrected, updated or blocked
- get a copy of it
- have it transferred to another organisation
- have it deleted
- be told about any breach affecting it, and what we did about it
To use any of these rights, email support@lvlup.om and tell us what you’d like us to do.
If you think we haven’t handled your data lawfully, you can complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, which oversees the law.
Children
This website is not aimed at children.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal data, we’ll update this notice and the date below.
