CaptainPass is built around five problems players know well.

You’re short of players.
Open the game, and players nearby can take the empty spots.
You’re new in town and know nobody.
Join an open game and play with locals the same night.
Someone drops out late.
Their spot reopens, and another player can take it.
Nobody booked the venue.
Once the game is on, the venue is booked for you.
Someone still owes money.
Each player pays their own share in the app, so the captain never collects cash.

Venues feel it too: an hour left empty is revenue that never comes back.

Download it free on iPhone or Android and sign up in the app.
Find or create a game.
Join an open game near you, or start one as captain and invite friends with a join code.
Pay your share.
Each player pays their own share in the app when they join, or the captain pays for everyone.
Show up and play.
The venue is booked and everyone has paid. After the game, rate the venue.

Players
Find open games or start your own, fill the empty spots and pay only your share.
Venue owners and their staff
List your venue, take card or cash, and run bookings and invoices from the web or your phone. Managers, finance and front-desk staff each get their own login.
Tournament hosts
Run a tournament at a venue. The entry fee covers the court, and a host can cover the whole court so everyone else enters free.
Coaches
Players book and pay for your sessions in the app. You coach in person at the venue.

Open games near you
Browse open games, filter by sport, level and location, and join in one tap.
Public or private
Open a game to anyone, or keep it to friends with a join code. Regulars can set a weekly game.
Book the venue in the app
See live availability and book up to 30 days ahead.
Split the cost
Split it evenly or let the captain cover everyone. Pay by card or with wallet credit.
Ranked play, if you want it
Opt in to ranked games for a rating in each sport, a match history, Man of the Match votes and a leaderboard.
Book a coach
Book and pay for a coaching session at a venue.

Players come to you
Your venue shows up for players nearby, and a team one player short can find another instead of cancelling.
Card or cash
Take card payments through a licensed Omani gateway, or let players pay at the counter.
Your rates
Change your hourly rate when you like. Bookings already made keep the price they were booked at.
A front desk, not just a listing
Walk-ins, maintenance blocks, academy bookings months ahead, no-show tracking, and every pitch and location on one board.
Staff logins by role
Managers, finance and front-desk staff each get their own login, and the counter can’t see revenue, pricing or payouts.
Numbers you can check
Each booking shows what it earned you. Tax invoices carry your business name with VAT shown, and you can export everything to a spreadsheet.

Three ways to enter
Enter alone and be placed on a team, enter a full team, or enter part of a team and fill it from the solo entrants.
The fee covers the court
The entry fee is the venue’s court cost, split across the places. CaptainPass adds no entry fee of its own.
Clear rules
Entries lock when the draw is published. If a tournament is called off for too few entries, everyone is refunded in full.

Pay by card
Pay with Visa, Mastercard or OmanNet through a licensed Omani gateway. CaptainPass never sees or stores full card numbers.
Cash at the venue
Where the venue allows it, pay at the counter and nothing is charged online.
Refunds
Leave a game up to an hour before kick-off and choose instant wallet credit or a refund to your card. If a game never fills, everyone who paid is refunded automatically.

Reviews from real games
Only players who played can review a venue. Owners can reply but can’t edit or remove reviews, and no venue can pay to rank higher.
Report and block
Report or block a player from inside the app. Names, bios, reviews and tournament text are screened automatically.
Age brackets
A public game can be limited to players 16 and under, or 17 and over.
Women-only games
A female captain can make her public game women-only.
Your data
Download a copy of your data, or delete your account, from inside the app.
