A digital raffle and prize-promotion platform for malls and retailers. Draws, entries and winners, online.
Shoppers enter with a photo of their receipt, and organisers review every entry and run the draw live on screen.
At a glance
Why we built it
The traditional prize promotion runs on paper: a coupon for each purchase, a box to collect them, and a draw by hand. Every step takes time and leaves room for error.
Coupons are printed and delivered to every location, every season.
Stacks of coupons are sorted and their details typed in by hand.
Coupons get damaged, lost or entered twice, and the handwriting is not always readable.
Linking each coupon to a real purchase is not easy.
Nobody knows how many people took part until the campaign is over.
A draw from a box is hard to document afterwards.
We built eRaffle to replace the coupon, the box and the hand-drawn winner with one digital platform.
How it works
Shoppers take part from their phone’s browser, with no app to download. One account, tied to a verified mobile number, keeps their receipts, entries, draws and profile together.
Scanning the campaign’s QR code opens eRaffle on the shopper’s phone.
Name and mobile number, confirmed with a one-time code sent by SMS. There is no password.
A photo from the camera or the gallery, with on-screen tips for a clear shot. The shopper keeps the original receipt, which is checked before a prize is handed over.
eRaffle reads the mall, store, amount, date and receipt number from the photo and checks them. The shopper reviews them and confirms.
Once the receipt is approved, draw chances are added to the shopper’s account. Each campaign sets how many chances a purchase earns.
The draw happens live, and only approved chances take part.
The result is recorded and the winner gets an SMS.
Screens show eRaffle with demo data. Mall names and personal details are blurred.
For organisers
Organisers work from a web dashboard. No receipt enters a draw until it has been reviewed.
Each receipt opens at full size next to the shopper, mall, store, amount, chances and approval status.
One set of terms covers keeping the original receipt, duplicates and personal data, and a new version is published each time an update is approved.
Every message, from one-time codes to receipt approvals, chance confirmations and winner notices, is logged with its send and delivery status.
Receipts, chances and purchase totals in one view, filtered by mall, status or date, with the most active participants and the results for each mall.
Follow each mall’s receipts, chances, purchases and approved entries, and compare locations in reports.
Each mall has its own location, minimum qualifying purchase, participating stores, recent receipts and draw history.
Draws are set up ahead of time on an approved schedule: event name, draw type, date and time, and one mall or all of them.
Each win is recorded with the winning chance, the shopper, store, receipt and its image, the purchase date and the draw time.
The winner’s details are matched and the original receipt is required before the prize is handed over.
Receipts, participants, winners and the draw history, exported as XLSX, CSV, PDF, DOCX, JSON or XML.
Live draw
Every draw is run on screen and saved, so it can be checked afterwards.
Only chances linked to approved receipts go into the draw.
A draw can cover a single mall or every participating location.
The event screen or broadcast shows the location and the number of eligible chances, then the draw begins.
The result goes into the winners log, and the winner is notified by SMS.
Paper vs eRaffle
The same campaign, run two ways.
| Aspect | Paper coupons | eRaffle |
|---|---|---|
| Coupons | Printed and delivered to each location | Nothing to print or deliver |
| Entering | A coupon filled in by hand | A few simple steps on the phone |
| Data | Typed in by hand | Read from a photo of the receipt |
| Records | A box of coupons that is hard to check | A documented record of every entry and receipt |
| Progress | Known only after the campaign ends | A live dashboard for each mall |
| The draw | Drawn by hand from a box | Drawn on screen and saved to the winners log |
eRaffle is aligned with the digital-transformation goals of Oman Vision 2040.
How a campaign runs
Every campaign brings together three parties, each with its own part.
Sets up the campaign and runs the platform, follows up on receipts, provides support, and runs the draws and reports.
Approves the locations, schedule, terms and supervision, and coordinates with everyone taking part.
Confirm the participating stores, tell shoppers how to take part, and provide the prizes and arrange their handover.
Rollout
Agree the scope, locations, prizes, the rule for earning chances, and the schedule.
Configure the platform, turn on live SMS, test a full entry-and-draw cycle, and train the team.
Daily monitoring and regular reports, winner documentation and prize handover, then a final report.
Recognition
In summer 2026, the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion launched Live The Vibe (غيّر جو), a national campaign for discounts and promotional offers. In October 2026, eRaffle ran the live public draw on stage at the campaign’s award ceremony.
The campaign also recognised our company and our founder:
Presented to LVLUP Technologies at the campaign’s award ceremony. Our founder received it on stage from H.E. Sulayem Al Hakmani, Chairman of the Consumer Protection Authority.
From the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion to our founder, Sulaiman Al Sinawi, for his active participation and valuable contribution to the success of the campaign’s first edition.
Tell us about the campaign, its locations, dates and prizes, and we’ll come back with a clear plan and a quote.
